This might be long, apologies. I found her in my backyard 2 weeks ago, she was skin and bones, the sweetest little darling. I took her in after checking the appropriate places and took her to the vet, no problems other than severely malnourished. All she needed was love and food. I've been giving her that. I give her 4 meals a day at present, slowly starting to change the times to 3 meals a day when she hits 12 weeks. She always gobbles her meals up like it's her last. Except today, I gave her food this morning, she ate it all and was fine, went to work (short shifts), came back. Time came for 2nd breakfast, she didn't eat it. I figured maybe she just wasn't hungry, we all have those days. Or maybe the bowl was too dirty or something, so after x amount of time, I emptied out the food, and washed out the bowl. Now she spends night time in an attached room to the house since the landlord said no pets sleeping in the main house. She's allowed to wander inside during the day if someone is home. Her first feed was in her room, the other 3 are in main house. I went to clean her bowl from this morning and noticed she had thrown up all of her food. I've given her the third feed today and she still hasn't touched it. I'm worried now as she's still tiny and needs to put condition back on. Also, she's been the energetic, loving kitten she always is regardless of not eating, hasn't been acting weird. Any ideas on why she doesn't want to eat would be welcome! I just want my baby to be alright.
