Unexplainable body shakes

Hello everyone, I have a yellow lab who is about 4 years old now and she is getting up in the middle of the night and shaking. She is shaking as if she had just gotten out of some water and is drying off. However, it is constant and seems to be more concentrated to her head and ears.

It seems that this only happens at night too. During the day she is a normal happy dog. At night time we go to bed and everything is fine. Then a few hours into the night she’s up and shaking and walking around the house and shaking and shaking.

I’m not sure why. Should I be worried? What could it be? Everything that pops up on google is about shivering or tremors which I don’t think is what she is doing.

Any kind of help or advice would be appreciated!
