So I live in an apartment of which I own (Not rented). But there are signs outside of my apartment saying no pets allowed. I've wanted to have a Ferret or Cat for quite sometime but idk if my apartment has the power to actually kick me out or something. I had this one situation I ordered Hamster Food and it arrived downstairs and the security knew it was Hamster food through the tag and he just said good luck with the Hamster so I'm curious, do I have to actually follow this rule?
