Reintroducing cats who haven’t seen each other in a month and don’t get along great in a new apartment. Advice???

In the next couple weeks, my family is going to be moving into a new apartment. For the past three weeks, my youngest cat (15 months male) and I have been living with my great aunt, uncle, their cat and their dog. My other two cats (7 and 8 year females) are at the family home with my family.

The youngest and oldest cats get along fine, but the 7 year old doesn’t like other cats. She mostly ignores them as long as they stay out of her 2-metre personal space bubble, but as soon as they get any closer than that, she gets pissy. The oldest respects her personal space, the youngest usually does. 7 year old is pretty territorial; she doesn’t like new people or new animals in her space. Because of this, I think she’s going to be pretty upset that the youngest is back, because he’s going to smell like a whole new household of people and animals, AND she’s going to be in a new house.

Does anyone have advice on how I can make this less stressful for them? Most specifically, how I can reintroduce a very energetic and playful cat to a territorial cat who haven’t seen each other in a month?

(We’re going to move most of the furniture in and do all the painting and everything before we bring any of the pets over).
