There's no hissing or growling, but she will NOT stop trying to play with her. I separate them after a while to keep it from getting too much for the new cat because she's very shy, and they don't play without supervision, but the new cat can't walk more than a few steps without the other kitten jumping on her.
Distracting with toys doesn't work. Treats only work for a few seconds.
Is this normal? How long is this going to last because the new kitty really wants to explore but can't. Any advice is appreciated.
