Pet insurance you use for your cat(s)?

I need to get my cat in for a check up and I’ve been looking into insurances to get before I do that. I’ve never done this before, I have no idea how it works or what places are good. I found a seemingly good plan from Major Medical that is 15.17$ a month, but there is another that is 33.17$ a month. I’m not sure if I’d even be able to afford the second one right now, but if I could, I worry that maybe I should choose that one instead. I don’t know if it’s worth it especially when it doesn’t seem like my cat has any problems.

15$ plan Accidents and illness Some hereditary problems Cancer Use any vet, including speciality 24/7 vet helpline

33$ plan Accidents and illness Some hereditary problems Cancer Use any vet, including speciality 24/7 vet helpline Wellness exams Vaccinations Flea and heart worm prevention Blood work Urinalysis

I’m thinking the second is better if I can afford it and would love other recommendations too.
