As the title says, the infections keep coming back. Rod and Cocyx bacteria. Usually get a medicated ointment for his ears and a pill for his skin. Usually clears up within a week, but then returns again within a month or two. Vet says there's no preventatives. Is there anything we can do to keep him from getting these infections? Like change is food, shampoo the carpet and rug, trim the hair in his ears to keep moisture from building up? The skin infection is usually on his inner thighs. Really getting tired of having to treat the same issue every month or two. Poor guy must be suffering as well.
