So i have two zebra finches who have laid 3 eggs. They had to see vet for nail clips and to check up on mumma. However their main cage is large and a carry cage was used for transport. Ever since they havent sat on the nest at all in a full day. Not once. We thought we'd have to incubate them ourselves but mum though of a good idea of using a spair unused nest. So we put that in with some nesting material and put the eggs in with a little more ontop like how it was in their original. Theyve been lying on it on occasion and they sleep in it but thats it. Im wondering will they know to care for them? Im worried about the little eggies and i dont want to lose them. Any tips or advice?????
