Hey guys I am really upset. My kitty is 9 months and she had her spray surgery done 9 days ago. She couldn’t stand the e collar or the clothes a was dressing her with, and she licked the incision and opened it. I went to the vet 4 days ago, gave her antibiotics. Now she has to wear the collar at all times even if she is depressed with it. Yesterday I saw some pus and around the area it’s kinda bloody/brown. She is eating and functioning well, she is a bit depressed as I said because of the collar( she really hates it). I also use every day a antibiotic spray that my vet recommended. I text the vet today to tell her what’s going on she said everything is fine, she just has to stop licking the incision. Can someone help ? I need opinions here. Thank you!
