My dog recently stopped showing affection to me, and has stopped listening to me. I haven’t done anything that I can think of that may have upset him. I haven’t yelled at him, hit him, every time he wants to be pet I pet him, but he just stopped. He is perfectly healthy, he is eating fine, and still playing. We moved to live with a relative for a while (until I get a house) and he is showing a lot more affection towards them now as well. Does he just like them more than me now, and when I move will he go back to loving me? Or did he just stop liking me?
Edit; forgot to mention the person I’m staying with has a dog.
