Found a stray puppy and I don't know what to do. I couldn't get her out from under a tiny bridge even after I went home to get her food and water. Besides, if I could get my hands on her I can't bring her home because I live in a small apartment with pets and wouldn't have enough space to quarantine her. My plan is to call animal care services tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice? Is this the best course of action? If I were to end up taking her to the vet myself any idea on what costs might look like?
