Hey it's getting to that really warm time here in Germany and I don't own airconditioning and live at the top of an older style 6 story apartment complex. The roof and our apartment seems to store ALL of the heat that rises and our windows are situated so that wind doesn't really move too much if all of them are opened.
I know germs really love to explode in really hot weather and I also want to keep my cats cool with enough cool water. The option for one of those running water machines only opens up next month.
How often should I switch out the water and or the whole bowl?
