So she came up to me and started rubbing on my leg a few days ago. I gave her food, water and let her be on her way. 2 days later same thing. Today I was jogging and she started running alongside me and followed me to the house.
She is extremely friendly, loves to be petted and has a mark around her neck as if she had a collar before. I asked around my neighbors and everyone agrees she's been abandoned.
I would like to take her in. What are my next steps and in what order?
For tonight, I have given her a nice big plush carpet to sleep on, a big empty box, food, water, milk, but she just keeps following me around the house. I am not sure if I sleep will she feel abandoned and start to meow all night?
Please help. I have always been a no-cat person and I entirely blame reddit for falling for her, so you guys better come through right now.
