Looking for advice

Hi,

I'm looking to adopt my first doggo and was wondering how much does it cost to adopt and care for a medium sized dog? I'm looking to adopt pit bull mixes but I'm going to expand on dog breeds.

I live in an apartment with no backyard, but I live right next to a large beautiful park where the doggo can run around and play fetch.

Adoption fees I'm not sure about, I won't know what fee I'd be willing to pay until I find the right pet. I'm looking to adopt from SafeHaven Humane Society but I'm still looking.

I am a student and I work, so super high energy level dogs may not be best for me, but low to medium energy dogs I can work with.

I'd like to register them as an esa since I struggle with anxiety.
