Hello! on thursday i got a beautiful black 6 week old kitten (now 7 weeks). we have to stay in my basement where i am most of the time so she can stay away from our dog until she’s comfortable.

we have introduced them twice , but my Kitten , bug, has seen my dog while in my arms. okay what would be the best way to introduce them?

Is it okay if she stays in a crate while i’m sleeping for 6 hours or less? there’s not enough room for food but she has to be fed every 6 hours. i’m asking because these last couple days she has been staying in it and she doesn’t hate it as my shirt i’ve worn non stop since i got her is now in there , a cozy blanket , and 2 toys are in there too. Part of me feels bad but i’m scared she will get into things even tho i’ve blocked all i can. so is it okay ??
