Vet is currently unavailable. My cat just ate a chicken bone. I was trying to get it, but he was getting angry and almost scratched me. What should I do? Should I worry?

I wasn't looking at the food and he stole it. It was "Adobo". The chicken isn't fried, but somehow boiled. However, the dish includes garlic and onion which is toxic and dangerous for cats. I just hope that he didn't eat a garlic and onions, but he ate a small chicken bone. What should I do? I even got angry at him because I was so worried.
