Hi all, Its the 4th day since I've moved into an apartment and I'm honestly not sure what to do about my cat. He was accustomed to sleeping with my dad at night but now that I live with a roommate he sleeps with me. The only problem is I need to leave the door cracked open a decent amt for him to use the bathroom which lets in quite a bit of noise, which is a problem since my roommate works late nights and if the doors open I'm woken up pretty easy. I'm tempted to buy a large cage and put my cat in there just overnight, this would be for about the next 10-12 months. I'm really not sure what to do here.
