Hey guys, I hope you’re doing great. I am (F 19yo) and I am currently a full time high fashion model.
I’ll keep my identity to myself but I travel a lot due to work (I am currently in LA heading back to New York).
I have really bad anxiety and at times I get so lonely. I am thinking of adopting a little teacup yorkie because I love them and also because I feel so lonely at times and I know it would give me comfort. After speaking with my therapist we figured I need to have someone or something around me. In my case my boyfriend is a model too and travels a lot.
I builded a whole Amazon cart with important equipment for my future dog. I made sure to take a playpen that I can bring with me anywhere and the rest of equipment is just essentially daily things for him such as (food, treats, nutritional gel, toys, conditioner, tooth brush, little clothes , leash , brush , cozy blanket and pillow).
I had a really nice owner of a store that showed me pictures of the puppies and I am about to go see them on Thursday. I am still not sure of getting the dog because I want to make this post before hand and have advices. Not advices on how to treat my dog because I had one in the past but it’s going to be a new experience to carry a dog with me.
Does anyone knows if the seats for the dog are expensive too ? Would it impact the dog to travel a lot ( two / three times a month. Sometimes it’s whole different country)? Is there any information I should know about Yorkies aside from their fragile health and body ? Do you encourage me to do it ? Im hesitant with getting it now or in April for my birthday ( why waiting you’ll ask me ? Because my mother’s opinion matter and I know she not really in for me about it.)
