My roommate just picked his 7 month old German shepherd by the throat while choking it and threw him into his kennel because it pissed in the floor. I just moved and his other dogs hide when they hear him get up from his bedroom. What should I do? I will definitely be moving out now. The dog keeps coughing it drinks water.
