Anxious about leaving cats for holiday.

Hi all - I'm due to go abroad for 9 days and I'm super anxious about leaving my kitties.

They're both nearly 3 years old and the longest I've left them before is 5 days with a cat sitter. I have a family member who will be coming in 2-3 times a day to fill up water, feed them and play with them etc.

I'm just super anxious as one of my cats is super clingy with me, she loves my attention. Am I cruel for leaving them for so long? Will they be sad or lonely? Am I over-reacting? I dont want them to think I've abandoned them!
