Dog boarding

I’m boarding my dogs when my husband and I go on our honeymoon. My APBT has separation anxiety and his GSD is adopted so I’m worried she’ll think she’s gone back to the pound. I’m planning to take treats to ease the transition. Their room has a tv and easy access to an indoor courtyard area as well as their own private yard. We can also see them on a webcam so we’ll be able to see what they’re up to...

I AM FREAKING THE EFF OUT!

I hate being away from my dog. We got him when he was a baby and he has helped me through so much stuff. Someone broke into our house last week, he scared them off and basically protected me the whole time. He’s my first ever dog and I’ve never felt such a connection like it before.

I’m looking for some advice as to what to do about the boarding place. What to do when I get there and how I can ease the transition for not only my dogs but myself. Is there anything in particular (bar their toys) I should take with them that they might enjoy?

Thank you!
