Kitten question

I have an 8month old kitten. When we first got him at 3 months he was insanely affectionate, I understand that as he gets older he is more interested in playing than cuddling. Whenever he was hyper when he was younger he just had the zoomies and would attack his toys. But lately whenever he gets hyper and is playing he has been attacking ankles and arms. But he also jumps up and randomly bites my arm. Never hard but he still just bites unprovoked. whenever he is calm he still cuddles and wants pet. He also still sleeps in bed with me. But whenever he’s hyper, he is pretty much out for blood haha. Would adding more playing sessions throughout the day help with his biting? Or is this just a phase he’s going through cause he’s growing so much.

Sorry for rambling on, but it’s weird to explain because he’s still loving most of the time. Any tips on getting him through his kitten adolescence are much appreciated!!!
