Can my cat eat ice cream??

My cat is a tiny little 8 lb sweetheart and she doesn’t really like to eat anything but her kibbles, however she does have a sweet tooth for ice cream. I’m wondering if it’s okay to let her have a small amount every now and then. I’m talking like once a week or month or whatever, and never any more than ~1/8 of a cup. One thing she loves are these Yasso frozen yogurt bars we get. Especially black raspberry flavor haha. I know the idea of cats lapping at milk is a tv trope, but I figure it must have some base in reality, so it can’t be the end of the world for her to have some dairy...am I wrong on this??
