We moved house about 6 weeks ago. We bought a litter tray and kept our 4-year-old cat inside for a few weeks to let her get used to the new house. We unlocked the cat flap and started allowing her outside about 2 weeks ago but she flat-out refuses. If I pick her up and take her out to the garden, she'll almost immediately go back in.
It's like she's gotten used to the 'indoor cat' life of pooping inside and having me clean it up and now doesn't want to go back to being an outdoor cat.
Anyone got any advice for encouraging her to go back outside?
