Help!! My F14 German Shepherd has recently these past few months been trashing any part of the house she can get her teeth on

We have a beautiful dog named Mimi, she used to be owned by my sister until she moved out and left her to my mom and she left her to me. I still live with my mom, parents and my brother. My sister did all the training for her and when she left she was always very tame, energetic, gets along with people but is aggressive towards other large dogs on walks but gets along with them whenever we take her to the dog park. She also gets aggressive if we are near her food or her dog food bag.

Usually our family is very busy and we make sure to feed Mimi and take her to the bathroom before we leave for the morning. Most of the days are extremely hot for her paws and we can't walk her due to risking brining pain to her on walks. We can't walk her on the nights because my parents are too tired from work, my brother refuses to, and while I do enjoy walking her I've had too many scary close calls walking in my neighborhood at night I'm too scared to getting into that kind of danger again. Whenever it's a good day out and I don't have class I try to walk her or just have some simple play time running around in the house the house with her whether it's us just chasing each other, or playing with a toy.

Normally, when we leave for school, work, etc. We come back to Mimi usually handing us a gift which happens to be the first thing she finds near the front door like a remote, someone's shoe, or one of her toys. She usually does this so we initiate play and 9/10 depending on our energy me or my mom play with her for a bit as she plays keep away. Then usually right after we come home to her we feed her her second bowl of food and water and take her outside to use the bathroom. For the rest of the night she just chills inside with us and we all sleep together. Usually this routine continues at most til summer when we have more time together.

Although recently these past few months since about i think September whenever we come home she has trapped herself in any one of the open rooms of our house and trashed anything she can get her teeth on. If we accidentally leave the bathroom open, our new toilet papers rolls would be wet and ripped to shreds leaving the entire bathroom floor filled with wet paper. If we leave the kitchen area not blocked with chairs and trash cans she will rip open the cabinets under the kitchen sink and dig everything out. Last time it happened she got the large pack of dish soap out of under the sink and it spilled all over the kitchen floor wasting it. Times that we block it with chairs, she flips over at least one chair trying to desperately get in it seems. If she traps herself in the closet she rips open our bag of potatoes and we find bitten open raw potatoes.

Today my dad came home fuming after seeing her trapped herself in my dad's closet and ripped important documents and ripped a one of those tourist plastic cameras. He began yelling at me saying it's all my fault for leaving a door open on accident. I just got home and I guess it was the only door I forgot to fully close as I blocked every other room and the kitchen. Then after the food my mom made for me she left on the table and while I went to clean up the closet mess I heard her jump and she was eating the food my mom brought for me and while I tried to clean it up with a mop and spray water at her and she snaps at me and growls loudly. Then my dad loudly shouted angrily to let her just eat it. After she eats my food she walks to her food bowl and finish whatever food was left in it. I then quietly heard my mom say she might have also peed in the closet probably from trapping herself in.

My dad last month said she probably does it out of fear when left alone but now he's extremely angry with her. I don't know what to do. I feel it's because she's acting out from not being walked enough and i don't want to lose my dog. I love her and I just want things to go back to normal. I know that I have made some problems taking care of her and need advice on what I should do. This change happened instantly months ago and it keeps happening and she never done this all her past years til this recent one. Please help!!
