I dropped an Imodium caplet on the floor and can’t find it, how bad would it be if one of my cats ate it?

I swept the floor multiple times and it’s nowhere. I think it fell under the oven, but I’m not sure. It’s just regular Imodium; not a prescription. The box says that the active ingredient is 2mg
