After forgoing declawing when he was 6 months old, my mom has decided to get his claws removed now that he is almost 1 year old because he likes to climb and hold on to things and no matter how much I tell her that removing his claws will lead to debilitating nerve damage or that Luka's ability to climb will be greatly diminished she just doesn't care. I'm completely distraught and I don't know what to do
