Hi there, my miniature poodle has twice now gotten a strange black scab type thing on the back of his neck. It comes up out of nowhere and is the size of a small coin. It then drops off in a week or so and leaves him with a bald patch. The fur grows back dark and straight like his puppy fur. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on what this is?
