Pretty sure I’m going to have to put my dog down

She’s 11 and I’ve noticed some changes in her the last few weeks. Took her to the vet for what I was told was a uti, well she’s now not eating and can barely walk. Also has a huge lump on the side of her stomach. I’m so angry, sad, confused I literally don’t know what to do. I know she’s had a good life but I’ve literally been dreading these last days for so long I can’t believe I very well may lose her very soon 😞😞😞 Fuck
