My boyfriends 21 year old cat passed away recently and hes been alo over the humane society's site and others trying to find a kitten. The thing is I've never liked cats. I would feed it but I wouldnt care for it past that. I dont want the cleaning and other responsibilities falling on me when he ultimately decides he doesnt want to do it anymore. Hes really upset though and Insisting on getting one. Also we have a small apartment and arent home for up to 12 hours some days. I already have a snake. I think it's really stupid to get a cat but hes insisting. What do I do?
