I recently moved in to a new place, where my friend's friend lives (now my roommate).
Previous roommate of my friend's friend owned two cats in this house, and when I moved in, the two cats were still here in the house.
At the time my friend's friend's roommate left the house, she asked my friend's friend (who is now my roommate - I'll call him my roommate from now on) to take care of the cats until she gets back from a long international trip that would last about 3 months.
It has been 5 months, and she is not responding to any of our messages regarding to the cats. We know that she is fine, since her instagram account gets updated every once in a while.
Now me, who has cat allergy, honestly cannot have these cats anymore in this house. I wake up everyday morning miserable because my entire nostril is just not functioning at all. Additionally, the cats are not trained well at all, and they are destroying so many things in the house way too often. Constant meowing also doesn't help my feeling towards the cats. One of em is not neutered, and the other one... just begs for food a lot.
I normally don't have negative feeling towards pets too much, but this situation makes me extremely angry towards the owner of the cat, and even to some extent, to the cats themselves.
My current roommate also agreed that we have to do something for this situation... but what? Me and my roommate don't really have much time, and we just cannot deal with this current situation anymore.
What should we do with these cats?
