Me and my boyfriend just adopted a puppy from a breeder a couple weeks ago and had to sign a contract saying we would return him if we couldn’t keep him. We signed it not thinking anything of it because we seen no reason we wouldn’t want him. Well sure enough something has come up to where we cannot keep him. We contacted the breeder and they said they would take him back as agreed... Well it’s a week later now and they won’t respond to any of our texts or calls and we still have him. We are very confused on what to do. We cannot keep him so will we get in legal trouble if we sell him at this point!?
