so my friends neighbors are total jerks. they have 2 dogs that that love but are super loud, but the issue is their cat. they neglect it and don’t feed it or let it inside. it was some lots of mange on its ears. my friend has been feeding it for a while and the cat loves me and him, am i allowed to take this cat away from them, i do not think they deserve a cute at like Jinx (the cats name) it is obviously in healthy and needs medicine and to go to the vet. i makes me so sad and angry to see this cat in pain, please let me know if i can bring this cutie home with me and give it the care it deserves.
