My partner and I have 2 cats (both neutered) - 1 male (5kg) and 1 female (between 4.5 and 5kg). Our vet has said that they shouldnt gain any more weight. We adopted them around 5 months ago and we're still getting used to them and their routines. The male is a very outdoorsy cat, while the female occasionally goes outside, but not for very long.
Any advice on how to help them lose weight?
