Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on with my Golden Retriever puppy? Whenever she sees new people and gets excited she begins to shake her head like she has an ear infection.

I’ve taken her to the vet and they’ve told me that her ears are clean. When she sees someone new she starts shacking her head like an ear infection every two seconds and it continues even after the person is gone for like the next 15 minutes. But otherwise she never shakes her head that same way.
