Hello! I am an oregonian, and I am one highway and one river away from being a Level 2 Evacuation. I'll need to be fully prepared to dip at anytime then, and I have a cat. Now I'm wondering what is the best way to transport her with limited time? I can't start training her right now or anything. I understand she'll be stressed and I've accepted that even though it makes me sad, it's part of transporting her.
Should I get her a leash? Where will she be expected to use the restroom? I've never transported a cat further then the vet and it's important for me to know. I'm not sure where I'll be evacuating to, but it could be multiple hours in the car and I want the best experience for my little gal. Advice?
