Cat recently spayed - how to keep her safe when I'm at work?

My 7month old female cat was spayed this morning and she did well. I had to put her in a cone of shame after got home because she was intensely licking her incision. Problem is, the stuff I've read about cones say that you should supervise your cat any time they have the cone on to make sure they don't hurt themselves.

I currently work in-person at our office 3 days a week—can I leave the cone on her when I'm gone? Or are there other measures I can take? I plan on keep her in my bedroom for at least a week but she's normally a very active, rambunctious cat and I don't want her to hurt herself.
