Hello! I’m writing as a very lost kitty owner. My cat seems to have had a reaction to something and was hacking for two days. We took him to emergency where they put him on oxygen and sent him home with steroids a few hours later. His tests showed that it was asthma. My question is has anyone gone through this? This was two days ago that we went so this poor cat has been hacking for four solid days. He can barely move and the meds seem to do nothing. We spent hundreds already on the first visit and can’t do another for a while. How long does it take for the meds to give him some relief?
