my sister bought a quite expensive cat but DOESN’T take care of it. she only feeds it cat food and water and most of the time she doesn’t clean its litter box to the point that it sh*ts literally everywhere. Its hair is already falling off due to the wounds from its parasite. I asked her why doesn’t she take care of it and she said she can’t pay for its needs but she buys things she likes almost every week. I know someone who could really take care of it and give it everything that it needs and i feel like i should just let them adopt it without letting my sister know but i also feel like i should just mind my business because she bought it and its hers in the first place. help, what should i do?
