There’s a cat that I saw 3 days ago that had a collar. Collar has no info. It was clean and looked fed. I thought it was sitting outside it’s home but today (3 days after) it’s around the same area. But now it’s dirtier, so I feel like it’s lost now. What do I do with it? I always encounter it late at night in the cold.
