Kitten leaving poop droppings

Kitten leaving poop droppings

So I have a beautiful 10 month old (male) GCCF registered British Shorthair.

I’ve had him since he was 4 months and he has a lovely nature, he’s very happy, playful and loving.

However, for the 6 months that I’ve had him, he’s occasionally left nuggets of poop around the house. I can recall 4/5 occasions where this has happened. They’re usually quite small. However, this morning I went over to his cat tree to give him a treat and saw a big nugget of poo on his cat tree where he had been sat...

His litter habits are very good otherwise and he’s very well trained. His stools are healthy and he has no health problems.

I’m not sure what the explanation is or what to do. I would really appreciate advice. He’s a family cat and I love him so much, but with babies crawling around, unexpected cat poop is far from ideal!
