We have a new kitten and during her time here she's used a litter box with a swing door. Recently we bought a litter box with the opening on the top.
I've tried - new litter - same old litter (that's what's in there now) - putting her in the box several times - taking the top off.
She refuses to use it. Last night she peed in a bed. Now the old and the new litter boxes stand next to each other.
What do I do?
