My cat is 17 years old. What can I do?

They weigh at most 4 lb their entire life. With two new cats coming in at 8 and 10 lb, they beat on her viciously so I have to keep her in the bathroom with a litter pan and food and water.

This time last year she was running across the countertop to ninja spring off the wall and up onto a light fixture. It was one of her favorite activities.

Two months ago she could jump up and down low objects.

Today she is skin and bones, despite feeding. Her teeth have fallen out in front and even lost one fang. The fang loss was last year, but she was doing okay.

She wont eat solid food anymore unless its greenies treats. I give them to her because they're supposed to help teeth, and have been giving them since january.

Other than that I feed wet food.

In the last week she's started wobbling, like a drunk, when she walks.

Since january I started bringing her to my work room from the bathroom so she could be near me. Once in a while I'd leave the door open accidentally and there'd be a fight with the other cats, and eventually she became bound to one spot on the desk meaning no physical movement. Sleeping there she's fall off more than once, possibly banging her head.

I've tried to put her back in the bathroom so she feels safe enough to move around so hopefully she'd exercise. Today she tried to jog into the work room so I picked her up and dropped her back in the bathroom. The bottom of her feet were no more than four finger widths from the ground but she completely fell and hit her chin, then reeled back and swayed side to side with her eyes half closed and her head back for about 4 seconds. It was awful and I felt awful.

Just now she was able to jump up only my lap and from there to her normal desk spot in my work room, and she wants to play whenever I bring out the string.

She's still losing weight despite more feeding attempts per day, she's sleeping on the floor in the work room which is abnormal, and she is very unstable on her feet.
