I got a cat about a month ago and hes a total angel for the most part.
My issue is that he literally WILL NOT LET ME SLEEP. He will go to sleep around the same time (between midnight and 3am) as me but wakes up at 6 or 7 and won't stop meowing, jumping on things, making noise, and trying to get on my bookshelf that he isn't allowed on (if anyone has tips for this one too, lmk).
If it helps, i free feed him dry food during the day (he doesn't eat much - i only refill it every few days) and give him one wet can in the morning, maybe one at night if he seems hungry.
I've had cats before but none of them have been this annoying while i sleep, lol. Even if i give in to him and feed him when he wakes me up, he still won't shut up. I seriously need this to end because i'm a student, working full time and am getting like 4 hours of sleep a night
