Need help with Pet Female Mice

I don't know where to post this.

I bought two female mice (Dumpling and Sweet Tart) from the Same "Bunch"? about a month ago at a pet store. They're fine most of the time but Sweet Tart is CONSTANTLY Overgrooming Dumpling and giving her Huge Bald Spots. It makes me so mad because I know the behavior is "Dominating" Behavior and I can hear Dumplings loud squeaks from across the room indicating pain. Just Today they had a big Fight and I stopped it midway through, Sweet Tart was rudely chasing Dumpling all over the Cage and Biting her very hard in the process, this has been the loudest squeaks I've heard- Just an hour or two later she's overgrooming another Bald Spot into her back. They do this at random and by now I would have hoped this behavior would stop. They still sleep together during the day but I dont know if I ever see them play together. I mostly catch them together sleeping or Sweet Tart overgrooming Dumpling.
I don't mean to choose favorites but Dumpling is sweeter, more curious and I've simply bonded with her more- I can't separate them as they need companions but I'm getting very fed up with Sweet Tarts behavior and don't know what to do.
Enclosure Dimensions: 23.6L x 14.4W x 11.8H-Inches
They have tons of sleeping spots and toys everywhere, tunnels, climbing items etc.
I don't know what to do.
