Hi, my partner and I rescued our cat at 6 months old. She's just over one now and amazing, never bites or goes after furniture or (generally) misbehaves. We live in a tiny 550sqft apartment across from a coyote den (so she is not able to be an outdoor kitty except for on a leash) and I've been reading about single cat vs multiple cat homes. I don't believe we have enough space for a second cat, but I also don't want to be depriving her of her needs. Is it alright that she's the only kitty in the home? I'm not sure we could financially afford supporting another cat and we won't be able to move to a larger place for a couple years.
