At my whits end, this not my cat!

My sister and I moved into a nice townhome community. There’s a lot of feral cats here. And one or two outside inside cats. A while ago, a stray decided our porch was his porch. And he’s ridiculously adorable. He’s obviously an abandoned pet. He knows how to use a litter box, he comes when called (neighbors kid gave him a name) Problem one my sister got attached, she bought a little house he can sleep in on our porch and feeds him everyday, he even has a little water bowl. Problem two our landlord does not allow this behavior, has said they’ll call animal control. Problem three, we already have two cats inside so we really can’t have a third cat. Problem fucking four, she’s convinced me to take him inside every night into my room so the landlords won’t see him. Now she’s saying it’s my job to find him a home or take him to a shelter(which is not as easy a process as I thought) or he’ll die in the cold or die from animal control. Yes, I think he’s a very adorable cat, but I’ve fought against bonding for just this reason. He’s not my cat. I didn’t want this to escalate. I can’t be expected to take in every cat I see, yes he’s very easy to bond with but good god why am I supposed to save him when I wasn’t the one to bring him into a home? It’s so stressful. Either I have to keep bringing him inside every night into my room( which means I can’t sleep with my own baby because the stray has no shots) or apparently he will get captured and die. I want him to go to a good home, but how?
