Concerned cat mom, help?

Hi all, I moved a month and half ago and my 5 year old cat doesn’t seem to be adjusting too well? She’s quite anxious and is a lot more vocal than before. I tried pheromone products to calm her but haven’t seen major changes. A little after moving, I noticed my kitty going to litter box more often. It went away within a couple days so I didn’t pay much attention. Two weeks later, it happened again and she had bloody urine. We went to vet for UTI, and did urine analysis, test results came back with no infection. An antibiotic injection seemed to do the trick as all the symptoms went away the next day. Now, the symptoms have come back and I’m at a loss as why it’s happening so frequently, and why we don’t see bacterial infection.

I heard UTI is linked to stress and am assuming the new environment is giving her lots of stress. Any tips and suggestions are welcomed! And how do I alleviate UTI symptoms?

She is not happy and relaxed with me since the place is a studio and she’s used to living in large houses with many people. I have the option to leave her at my parents place but I don’t know how I’ll live without her :( I REALLY want to try my best before resorting to that option.
