Curious about my cat's behavior

I've been observing this weird behavior in my cat for a good amount of time now and it has made me really curious about the reason behind it.

My cat likes to lead me or basically anyone in our house to her food and then eat it. She would lead us from another room to her food and make us see her while she eats and usually before eating she rubs her chin area with our toes which feels like she's leaving her scent on us. I've looked it up on google and read a few articles according to which she feels a sense of security when someone is watching her eat and keeping an eye out for her. So thats understandable. Her food and water is placed in my room and what continues to make me curious is the fact that whenever someone uses my room's washroom my cat rushes to follow them to the washroom or sits outside the washroom door to wait for them to come out and then takes them to her food. This always happens. She'd be fully knocked out into a deep sleep and still as soon as I open the washroom door she would wake up even with the faintest sound of the door opening and rush to the washroom to wait for me and then when I'm done she always leads me to her food. This happens no matter how full she is. She does this each time without getting tired and keeps eating each time someone comes out of the washroom. It just makes me wonder that why does she rush towards anyone who comes out of the washroom even when other people are present in the room. And why does she feel the need to wake up immediately and rush towards the person even when she's completely knocked out as if it's something necessary for her to do.
