My first vet visit
I took my dog today to the vet. She has blood in her urine. The clinic had a bad reviews but it was sort of an emergency. Anyway, so I noticed the vet didn’t take blood sample(which is I think is generally should be included) Also my dog had an accident inside the house and the nurse took it as a sample off the floor. I thought it was a bit unprofessional because wouldn’t there be inaccuracy in the lab test? I am very anxious and worried right now that I made a mistake by taking her there. My dog was also thirsty and they couldn’t provide us even a simple water for her. (Although I am not too bothered by that) Bur anyway, the vet prescribed us antibiotics and I am just sketched out by the clinic. What should I do? Should I see a new vet? Should I continue to give antibiotics to my dog? Thank you so much for your help.
